2026 - Congratulations to the Following Staff Members!

Webster Groves High School Parents’ Club – Enrichment Grants Program

Total Awarded $10,211.38

• Kerry Arens - Chelsea Center -A digital video camera for experiential learning and reflection for students in the Teaching and Learning Cohort

• Jacob Clark – AMPED (Algebra/Business) - A heat press for Amped Classes to operate a T-shirt business, where they design, produce, price, and sell shirts while applying Algebra One concepts to actual business decisions 

• Kevin Cole – Fine Arts – Funds toward a performance workshop for students with iconic jazz artist Doreen Ketchens 

• Rachel Friedhoff – ELA – Two high-top tables with seating included to accommodate the increased class size in a space-efficient way

• Amanda Golby - Social Studies - Relationship-building games to build community among the students

• Alissa Griffing – FACS – Transportation for Field Trips to the Frank Lloyd Wright house in Ebsworth Park and a tour of the St. Louis Public Library's Central Library downtown

• Jen Gross - Counseling - A coffee table with storage ottomans to use for student seating in the multipurpose counseling room

• Elizabeth Hobbs – Science – 4-sided meter sticks, an ice maker, and a class set of calculators used for instruction throughout the science department

• Tim Levine & Mindy Siefert – Math – A laser cutter and engraver for Geometry in 3D Design 

• Melissa Luecke - Science - 2 sets of Legos for students to actively represent ideas, unobservable mechanisms, and system relationships and serve as a tool for reasoning and explanation. 

• Jessica Rhodes – Special Education – A yearlong subscription for a class set of Scholastic Scope Language Arts magazine

• Kara Siebe - THRIVE - Embroidery Machine for product creation, apparel, accessories, prototypes, and custom merchandise, and a 2-Person Podcast Equipment Bundle to create Social media content, podcasts, interviews, product demonstrations, and promotional materials.

• Collin Todd - Science - A benchtop water distiller for the science department to use in instruction. 

• Sean Wright - Physical Education - 5 badminton nets to accommodate full-class participation in a unit with growing interest among the students
